ESUTRAS SHIRODHARA oil concentrate is made in strict accordance to Ayurvedic principles and contains tulsi, brhigiraj, brahmi, extracted into Castor, Extra virgin coconut and Sesame oils.

The word shirodhara breaks down into two ideas: shiro, meaning head, and dhara, which means flow. Together they form a concept that aims to bring physical and emotional balance by rejuvenating the spirit and preserving health. 

Ingredients:Ayurveda complex of Coconut oil with Amlaki, Brahmi (Hydrocotyl asiatica), Holy Basil (Basilcum sanctum) Skullcap, (Scutellaria) Calamus, (Acorus calamus) Chamomile, Lavender,Licorice, Glychyrrhiza glabra, Bhringiraj, Jatamansi, Jasmine Jasminum odoratissimum, Frankincense, Vetivert, and proprietary ayurveda herbal concentrates from a 700 year old formula.

Use: We recommend this concentrate be diluted with 2 Gallons of sesame, coconut, grapeseed, almond or apricot oils for a deep shirodhara relaxing treatment.

Dilutions of 1: 3 or 1: 4 gallons of vegetable oils can be done for a milder effect.

Please note that this is a concentrated Shirodhara oil that is made specifically for the purposes described in Ayurveda.
