Desktop Themes

needed Microsoft Plus! pack to use them. Without it, it was necessary
to install all the components manually, which was a difficult and time-consuming
process. Total themes offers the same functionality as the Plus!
version with a few additional features, such as the ability to create your
own Themes by creating and modifying ".Theme" files. It also lets
you install and use new Startup/Shutdown screens. And the great part
is that it runs directly from the CD-ROM.
